HIIT/Step with Kettlebell and Heavy Weights
you need a step with risers 2 high and a 15 pound kettlebell and also one 15 pound weight. For back and biceps you need heavy weights for 5 to 8 reps.. I used a 40 for one arm rows, a 35 for lat pullovers and 30s for biceps. I also used 25s and 12s.
