1) DENSITY Double KB Front Squat x 3 reps superset with KB Military Press x 2 reps x 15 minutes

PROTOCOL – Space a timer for 15 minutes. Starting up the timer and develop 3 Double KB Front Squats. Leisure if necessary by placing the kettlebells down. Re-Clean the kettlebells and develop a Double Kettlebell Press for 2 reps. Space the kettlebells down and leisure if necessary.
Leisure handiest if necessary and repeat the above protocol.
Compose as many reps as seemingly interior your 15 minute duration.
